• Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction

It is your responsibility to comply with the laws applicable where you are.

4. Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are payable in advance. The price shown at the time of order is the price charged, with no hidden fee. Nothing renews automatically without your explicit approval. Refund conditions are set out in our.

5. Availability

We aim for maximum availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, or for reasons beyond our control including network faults, upstream provider outages and force majeure.

The channel lineup and on-demand library change over time. No specific channel or title is guaranteed to remain available for the duration of a subscription.

6. Content and responsibility

We do not host or stream copyrighted content ourselves. Content is supplied by third-party providers. Rights holders may submit a notice through our DMCA procedure.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; there is no cancellation fee. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, in particular in cases of credential sharing, fraudulent payment or repeated infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes are notified by email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
