The data we collect

How we use your data

- To detect fraudulent use or credential sharing beyond your plan
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not use your data for behavioural advertising, and we do not build profiles of what you watch.
Who we share it with
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is passed only to the processors required for the service to function: our payment provider, and our transactional email provider. Each is bound by contract to use it solely for that purpose.
We may also disclose data where we are legally compelled to do so by a valid order from a competent authority.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies necessary for it to operate. No third-party advertising cookie is set without your consent. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
Security
Transmission is encrypted in transit. Access to personal data inside our organisation is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
- Provide your data in a portable format
- Stop processing it for a given purpose

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes are notified by email to active subscribers.
